San Francisco, CA
Today was the last show of the SF leg (3 shows total). Didn't take as much photos I did the other day cause I wanted to enjoy this show more since they played their Sticks N' Stones and Coming Home albums. Also, it was a little more crazier too and I couldn't get to my phone haha. Although, I did get Cyrus playing guitar during Too Good To Be which was awesome!
**Footage of the show can be seen on my IG @surrealsf** Here are some shoots I was able to get during the show. I know they are pretty crappy, but bare with me ... these were on my phone and it was hard to take good photos when you have 20 million people pushing and jumping on top of you. Haha. Not even gonna write a book on how amazing this show, but to make it short and sweet .... this was definitely one of my favorite New Found Glory shows I've ever been to.
**Check out the footage I took of the show on my IG @surrealsf** Today, I had the pleasure to finally see the beautiful voice/artist behind the hit song "Fantasy". Alina Baraz is an amazing singer and she gave an outstanding performance throughout the night. Even though she only performed about 6 songs, it was really a relaxing and calm show. The ambiance with the stage lights set the mood just right as people were swaying back and forth, singing back to Alina. Here is a little snippet I was able to record during her performance of "Fantasy". Video and photos were captured with a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus.
After months of waiting to see Donald Glover (due to his canceled show in February), I finally got to experience my first rap concert ever. I was anticipating this moment for as long as I can remember, due to the fact that I didn't go to this CAMP tour. From beginning to end, the show was filled with enticing visuals which correlated to the theme of his tour "Deep Web Tour" and album "Because The Internet". He then followed up by giving the Bay what we love and endure the most which is heavy bassed tunes from his album "Royalty". And half way through the show, the backdrop changed to a darkened woods area with a camp fire burning and I knew ... from that visual ... it was CAMP time! As the show was coming to an end, Donald put on a good 10-15 min segment of just improv/freestyling. It brought me back to the days when I would freestyle with a bunch of friends in highschool haha. Donald closed the show by saying the whole concert was recorded and will be in DVD format as our special surprise which he promised us for canceling the first time around. Overall, this show is by far one of my favorite concerts I've been to ever and I can't wait to see him the next time he does a tour. If ever get the chance to see him, please do so. You'll leave with a smile on your face and an amazing experience like I did.
Sorry for the lack of photos, I took a bunch of them but none came out clear. I promise to try to find the best settings for my camera phone for night concerts. After successfully installing Adobe CS on my secondary hard drive, I wanted to get back into photography/editing photos. So, I went through some folders I haven't touched in a long time and went to work on them. Here are some photos from Warped Tour 2012 in San Francisco, CA.
