Ground Turkey w/ Baby Spinach and bits of Mac n Cheese
I finally got the will power to go out and shop for food for my meal preps. I'm in the process of really shredding and cutting and going back to prepping my meals will definitely help in achieving this goal. I put a lot of time and effort in and out of the gym for the past couple of months and doing whatever it takes to get where I want to be is the key to success. Lets just hope I keep it up with cooking because I find myself getting too lazy to do so. Haha.
