Today, I've created a big mark in my gymming life ! Thanks to a 30 min nap I took after work, I was able to surpass all of my physical and mental strength. I warmed up with a 42 min  run on the treadmill. Next, I did weight lifting training for an hour and 30 mins which focused on arms. Lastly, I wanted to see if I could run for 1 full hour on the treadmill for my post workout cardio and ..... I DID IT!! It was the first time I tried running for 1 full hour and I killed it! I am so proud of myself. The whole time I kept telling myself to just keep moving and push through and with the help of non-stop listening to New Found Glory, I made... what I thought was impossible for me to do, possible! If I am able to do this, anyone can do it! What I have been saying lately to myself and others is ... "slowly, but surely". It doesn't matter how fast you get to where you want to be, its how you get there.
