As I got off work and hopped on the BART train from Embarcadero St, the BART conductor announced awesome news (being sarcastic) that a tree has fell on the BART track and we'd be experiencing major delays throughout the ride. After literally feeling a sardine in a can with the impacted train I was in, the BART conductor told us that we'd have to get off 24th St. and all trains would not be going any further South (my destination was 4 stops away). So, everyone had to evacuate the trains and either wait for the trains to start running again or find their own way of transportation. I waited for about 15 minutes until I decided I had to just get out of that station from all the annoying people pushing and smelling like ass. In the process of leaving the station, it got so crazy to the point where people were climbing up the escalator handles as there were no stairs on the escalator. I made it free, and I finally decided to walk from 24th St to 16th St where my old job was in the heavy pouring rain. I don't even know how I survived that crazy situation, but I gotta thank my friend for coming through with the ride back home.
